TIBCO SSL Failed to Create Secure Client Socket (Not a Trusted Certificate)

Environment

TIBCO BW 5.8.0.10

Situation

When invoke SOAP Request Reply activity to connect to a HTTPS web service, a failed to create secure client socket…not a trusted certificate occurs.

Solution

Must import the entire certificate chain including Root, Intermediate, and leaf certificates in PEM format into BW certificates folder. The certificates can be merged into one PEM file or saved separately.
