Excel 2007 建立下拉式清單

1. Open MS Excel 2007.

2. Insert a new Sheet for defining the contents of the drop-down lists (此Sheet可設隱藏, 不讓使用者看到).

3.選出drop-down list的內容→按右鍵→為範圍命名→[輸入名稱]→確定 (此處設定的名稱會顯示在公式→名稱管理員中. 因為範圍是[活頁簿], 所以所有的Sheet都可以使用).

4.到需使用此drop-down list的Sheet→資料→資料驗證→設定→儲存格內允許:清單→來源:[Step3所設的名稱]→確定.

5.此時就會出現drop-down list的選項了.
